Shipping & Returns

Stependou wants you to be happy with the products purchased. Even though our products are of the highest quality we know that in rare instances manufacturing defects can appear. To exchange an item with Stependou, please take the following steps:

  • CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, 219-365-0845, TO REQUEST A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA).
  • PLACE A COPY OF YOUR PACKING SLIP IN THE BOX AND WRITE YOUR RMA NUMBER ON THE PACKING SLIP.
  • INSURE THE PACKAGE FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND RETURN TO ADDRESS WE PROVIDE VIA RMA

After receipt at our facility, your product will be inspected and a determination will be made as to the validity of your claim. If your claim is deemed appropriate, a replacement or refund will be made. Replacements will be for the same merchandise as originally purchased. Refunds will be issued via the method of original payment less freight charges. If an item is accepted for return, it must be in salable condition with no signs of use or damage.
